For this visit, I made the appointment with John Cusumano, who is always and consistently exceptional in every way. He performed the requested service (tire rotation), and even Joe (the mechanic), b Cusumano, who is always and consistently exceptional in every way. He performed the requested service (tire rotation), and even Joe (the mechanic), became involved as my car has some personal specialty items which benefitted from extra attention (John and Joe). The car was returned (washed, of course!) within an hour. I am at the dealer about 3-4 times per year (by choice) - Shai always maintains an excellent service department and is aware of everything going on within. He is 'hands on' and very accessible, if needed. I would be remiss if I didn't mention Anthony Mendoza, in the parts department. He, too, is accommodating and extremely knowledgeable about all things Cadillac, in my case, the XT5. He is always friendly, courteous, and helpful. The valet, Biyyan, I see each time I bring the XT5 in for service. He is personable, friendly, and shows a great deal of attention to my car. I am very appreciative for his capabilities in this regard. More
