John was pleasant to work with, made us feel very comfortable, with none of the high pressure as we looked at the CR-V. He answered all our questions (and we ask a lot of questions), and was great at pointing out the features important to us during a test drive. It was a very pleasant experience to start our car searching. We shopped many of the competitors and even a couple other Honda dealerships over a couple months. Because of our experience with John we specifically went back to Valley Honda, which is not the closest Honda dealer for us, as we narrowed our search down to the CR-V. We made several visits, took several test drives and asked more questions. John was patient and always a joy to work with. We got the genuine feeling John wanted us to be sure we were buying the right car for us and not just trying to make the sale. John spent the time with us, addressing all our questions, as we worked through the accessories we wanted, choosing a color, working out a fair price. I would definitely recommend John to anyone interested in a Honda. Overall, our entire purchasing experience was great at Valley Honda. John wanted us to be 100% satisfied with our purchase and we are. This extends to the sales manager, Jab, who supported John and equally made our experience pleasant. Finalizing the paperwork with the finance manager, Roxanne, was by far my best experience of any care I have purchased. More

Pleasant buying experience I typically dread buying new cars in part due to high pressure sales tactics and a long process that wastes my time. I found none of this at Valley Ho I typically dread buying new cars in part due to high pressure sales tactics and a long process that wastes my time. I found none of this at Valley Honda when working with John Griffin. I felt John was always helping us make our decision. He listened to our needs and explained how the Honda CRV would meet them. He welcomed & answered our questiions clearly and was very patient explaining the many safety & technological features of the vehicle. Most of all John made us comfortable, we felt respected, and we all seemed to even have fun with the whole process. Based on my internet research & price comparisons I feel we arrived at a fair price & the business aspects of the transaction were handled efficiently. I will certainly be recommending Valley Honda, John Griffin, & sales manager Nick Capezio to my friends. More
