We could of closed the deal months ago, but since it was my first car purchase, John was able to keep me from making a hasty decision, and instead I am getting a super beautiful performance car that I deserver and need!! The Manhattan-Benz dealership is incredibly beautiful, and that staff is super friendly!! Can't wait for more excellent experiences, and also getting past the 1st car buying phase! lol. They also are helping me with financials and kept me from wasting money, which I truly appreciate :) Mercedes-Benz Manhattan is incredible, and all the cars are so beautiful. The best auto buying experience I have ever had. John was a pleasure to work with. He was knowledgeable, respectful, helpful and a man of his word. The car arrived from the port ahead of the time I was told, and ready to be delivered before I arrived at the dealer. The car was prepared perfectly and had everything promised. John intoduced me to Richard Uliverra the product concierge. Richard walked me through every feature and function and knew everything there was to know about the car. He was very pleasant and also a pleasure to meet. Nicholas worked with me on the paperwork and made it an easy transaction. John then came to see me off, make sure I was pleased with the entire experience and even sent me on my way with two bottles of water for my trip home. An excellent experience.
