It went smoothly with no pressure at all. Jamie was able to set me up and teach me about my new vehicle, it is very different than my older one. We purchased a new 2017 Rav4. One area of improvement I would suggest. We met with the insurance / warranty person at the end and we were very tired after 3-4 hours on being at the dealership. I would be a good idea to have more information earlier on warranty and insurance in the process. I don't remember the person's name in finance. I would give him an excellent review.
