Sloppy Service My car was tossed & left in disarray. I imagine because they needed wheel lock tool (in glove box). I told them I'd stay& shop, but they didn't contac My car was tossed & left in disarray. I imagine because they needed wheel lock tool (in glove box). I told them I'd stay& shop, but they didn't contact me. I found the glove box and rear compartment both rifled through, trunk panels were replaced without reseating. I noticed very soon after leaving. I'm always leaving with disappointment for this & other reasons. More

This was my first experience with a dealership since 2000 I inquired about a vehicle I saw online. Super quick to reply back to me. We made an appointment to see the vehicle. It was waiting up front when I got there and my salesman was helpful with my questions concerning the vehicle. There was never any so called pressure to push me faster than I was comfortable with. Osbaldo &John were spot on. All of the staff I dealt with were very accommodating and friendly. Customer Service on the sales end is A+. I'm hoping the Service Dept will be the same. More

The young nurse was talking about spending the day at a dealership.. I told about the great sales program and your no haggle approach. She was thrilled to hear of Gunn and I gave her your phone number and the name of salesman who worked with us. Thanks for a wonderful staff. One bit of criticism. Who ever ans the phone sounded if she was very unhappy or sad. Even the lady at the front desk sounded bored. She did sat thanks for coming in but was not believable. As you know those people give the first impression of how the rest of Gunn dealeship my feel or treat them. Not good. More

Great customer service and good business I've always loved Gunn Nissan for their quick service. Whenever I take my car in, it's usually fixed by the time I walk home (I just live down the st I've always loved Gunn Nissan for their quick service. Whenever I take my car in, it's usually fixed by the time I walk home (I just live down the street). Recently, they went beyond expectation when I bought a used car from them for my teenage son. The catalytic converter needed to be replaced two weeks after purchase, and even though it was not under warranty, the GM Derrick Alvis, called me and had the work done at no extra charge. I am a loyal customer and some places that still matters--especially at Gunn. Can't say enough good things about them!! Thank you!! More
