Since then it has been the only dealership I have gone to when I needed a car....new I bought my 1st Ford from Fair Oaks Ford in Naperville in 1990. Since then it has been the only dealership I have gone to when I needed a car....new or used. They truly do treat you like family. They are incredibly fair, customer minded and always deliver with you in mind.....customer first. I must also mention that their service department is the best around....period. This time my salesman was Jeremy Bloom. I highly recommend him to anyone going to this dealership with interest in a new ride. He was personable, professional and went WAY out of his way to make sure I ended up with what I was looking for and then some. Thanks Jeremy and to all at Fair Oaks Ford/Lincoln in Naperville. From the minute I walked in the door to the minute I drive away in a new 2016 Fusion.......you all continue to make it a pleasure to purchase a car from this dealership. I should know.....25 year customer and 7 cars. I will continue to go nowhere else. Everyone should do themselves a favor and try Fair Oaks Ford/Lincoln in Naperville. Bravo!!! More

The Works Rocks!! Over 23 years we have had 5 cars (receive all their service needs: oil changes, brakes, cooling system, etc. at Fair Oaks. Two of the vehicles are going strong with over 100,000 miles and a third is over 90,000 miles and a fourth was traded in at over 90,000 miles. The consistent excellent personal service from John Mazurek and the entire team as well as the ability to fix it right the first time are the reasons we continue to rely on the Fair Oaks Service Department.for all our needs. They take time to time to listen to my concerns and questions and explain the service very well. I have had 3 full size Fords serviced here, two were new (2010, 2013) and have never had a problem. Also bought two pre-owned cars here and was fully satisfied. They always wash my car after service, greatly appreciated! I can recommend them with out hesitation. More
