Terrible customer service. Called at 8am and was told would call back shortly. No call back and went there at 4pm. Told didn’t have part in stock. Miraculously got the part at 4:30 after telling them I was not happy. Car was done by 5:30pm. Has happened to us more than once. If someone communicated this during the day would have had a better outcome. Then had to go back the next day because they forgot to tighten a bolt!! Unacceptable! More

You should not be asked to drop your car off for service at 7am and then they keep your car all day long and don’t even finish looking at it to tell you what it needs by end of day.
