The worst. I was leased a lemon that twice had engine failure. The first time they held the car for 4 months waiting for repair. When it was finally fixed, a I was leased a lemon that twice had engine failure. The first time they held the car for 4 months waiting for repair. When it was finally fixed, after I had to rent a car for $9,000.00 because they refused to loan me a courtesy car, I got it back and it was filthy. Covered in dirt and the interior was filthy. No attempt made to wipe it down so I get it back in decent condition. The second time the engine failed most likely due to an oil leak from a faulty repair I had it towed to the dealer when it died as I drove to work. That was in April 2023. I ended that lease, which ran to October 2023, right then and there. The dealer ended the lease because I refused to take it back citing Lemon Laws. Yet I still get bills for it. No matter how many times I call them they do nothing. Hyundai Financial was told the dealer did not have the car. The dealer cannot seem to be able to figure out what happened to it. It could not have been driven off the lot because the engine was dead. And still, months later, they can’t or won’t figure it out. Add to this their abhorrent process for taking a lease. You sit with a “salesperson” and work out a cost. Then they make you wait hours to see the business manager who tosses it all out and jacks up the cost. I endured this after my first vehicle with them, a Kona, burst into flames when a truck hit me. While in significant discomfort that they were aware of they still made me wait hours in agony for a replacement vehicle. They are everything that is wrong with car dealers. How long do I have to endure harassment from finance to pay fees I have no responsibility to pay? How are they unable to solve this issue? I never post negative reviews of any business. I do not do it. But this has gone beyond what is tolerable. And still I get calls. “This is an attempt to collect a debt……”No! There is no debt as there was no car in my possession. They are real quick to notify credit bureaus but no urgency to fix their errors. Shame on you. More

The worst customer service imaginable. The unprofessional rudeness of the staff is beyond belief. The management has no clue to meaning of customer service. If you wish to spend thousands on your car and wan rudeness of the staff is beyond belief. The management has no clue to meaning of customer service. I barely ever write reviews except when I’ve truly got a strong opinion about something and this is one of those times! It is my greatest pleasure to leave a review for this car dealership. First of all,it strong opinion about something and this is one of those times! It is my greatest pleasure to leave a review for this car dealership. First of all,it doesn’t matter who you talk to, they are all extremely nice and courteous. I have 2 kids who have been treated regally by different members of this team. I will break up this review into different parts so that you can understand why I am so impressed and highly recommend them: 1) Cleanliness: I have entered a lot of businesses and the clean fresh smell of this dealership keeps me going back. If I’m to sit in a room/place for more than a few minutes, I’d rather it be clean. They get a 100% hands down for cleanliness. 2) Friendliness: This is not the overfriendly gross salespeople friendliness that makes one want to throw up. These guys are actually extremely friendly! I mean, I’ve noticed their gentleness with babies, children, their respect of the elderly and all that walk into that showroom. I’m not American and have always thought of American friendliness to be a little wanting but these guys make me glad to live in this area! 3) Professionalism: I have never been more impressed with the level of professionalism of these fellows. Go and see for yourself! The truth is, they are trying to sell you a car but they do so with dignity and integrity it feels like. This is my second car here and I refuse to go anywhere else if they carry on this way!!! 4)Time:Their respect of one’s time is very admirable. I was there with 2 young kids and every person I met made sure I knew how important it was to them to get me out quickly for the kid’ sakes. Even the kids were treated like humans. 5) Price and value: I’ve driven a Hyundai for over 3 years and I love it! I got invited to lots of other brands but the hyundai just drives well, at least in my opinion. It makes me feel really safe, especially with kids. The price was great and they were willing to work with me. 6) The people: When you get to Central Avenue Hyundai, look for Peter Hernandez! I promise you, you will make a lifetime friend. He is smart, kind and really cares about the reason you walk in there every single time. The icing on the cake is that he has patience that you do not see often. That young man deserves a medal of sorts! I make sure to go on days that Peter is around. Some notable mentions: Andrew, he gave me a lucky penny for good luck just because. I mean who does that. He is always extremely sharp looking and has an instant smile. Marvin, remembered us from 3 years ago and made sure to stop by and greet the kids. He wasn’t even working with us but took the time. Hassan, he’s the one my 7 years old called ‘good looking.’ After I got over that particular embarrassment, I had to admit that his open and graceful manner was as good looking as any. Jeff: Older and wiser. Jeff gave me very respectful gentlemanly and wise advice without trying to con me into taking anything I wasn’t ready for. Jeff is the kind of man you wish your kids have as a grandfather! ‘John:’ I’ve called this gentleman (Maximo), John for 3 years and he’s never corrected me. He just flashes a smile and shakes my hand in a truly lovely fashion. What can I say? It takes a real person not to snap at another for calling them the wrong name the 5th time in a row :) There are many others that I forget their names now but I assure you that they really are worth writing such words about. For someone who barely ever writes reviews, I’ve written a heck of a lot but go see for yourself! More

I brought it to Central Avenue Hyundai and was treated in exemplary fashion from beginning to end. My service consultant, Evi Urena, was totally professional, polite, understanding, and knowledgeable. So was the service manager, John Nunziata, as well as the technician that worked on my car. A loaner was immediately provided, my vehicle delivered as promised, and repaired correctly. This dealership delivered the goods when it comes to service. By the way, I did not purchase my car here. You can be confident that no matter where you may be, Hyundai will take care of you and your car. More
