The worst. I was leased a lemon that twice had engine failure. The first time they held the car for 4 months waiting for repair. When it was finally fixed, a I was leased a lemon that twice had engine failure. The first time they held the car for 4 months waiting for repair. When it was finally fixed, after I had to rent a car for $9,000.00 because they refused to loan me a courtesy car, I got it back and it was filthy. Covered in dirt and the interior was filthy. No attempt made to wipe it down so I get it back in decent condition. The second time the engine failed most likely due to an oil leak from a faulty repair I had it towed to the dealer when it died as I drove to work. That was in April 2023. I ended that lease, which ran to October 2023, right then and there. The dealer ended the lease because I refused to take it back citing Lemon Laws. Yet I still get bills for it. No matter how many times I call them they do nothing. Hyundai Financial was told the dealer did not have the car. The dealer cannot seem to be able to figure out what happened to it. It could not have been driven off the lot because the engine was dead. And still, months later, they can’t or won’t figure it out. Add to this their abhorrent process for taking a lease. You sit with a “salesperson” and work out a cost. Then they make you wait hours to see the business manager who tosses it all out and jacks up the cost. I endured this after my first vehicle with them, a Kona, burst into flames when a truck hit me. While in significant discomfort that they were aware of they still made me wait hours in agony for a replacement vehicle. They are everything that is wrong with car dealers. How long do I have to endure harassment from finance to pay fees I have no responsibility to pay? How are they unable to solve this issue? I never post negative reviews of any business. I do not do it. But this has gone beyond what is tolerable. And still I get calls. “This is an attempt to collect a debt……”No! There is no debt as there was no car in my possession. They are real quick to notify credit bureaus but no urgency to fix their errors. Shame on you. More

Avoid if not confident about financing/leases/purchases I was interested because they seemed to have great 4th of July promotions going on but I should have known it was not going to be a pleasant experienc I was interested because they seemed to have great 4th of July promotions going on but I should have known it was not going to be a pleasant experience since they refused to give me specific numbers over email (despite my many requests). Still I dropped in and ended up walking out - 2 hours later - feeling very aggravated. I wouldn't go as far to say this place is a fraud because the numbers they gave me were definitely high but not unreasonable. If anything, I might have been hard to work with since I was refusing to be flexible on my budget. However, there was definitely a refusal to work with me and be patient & explain everything to me which was important to me because it was my first lease. Plus I'm young and female so my biggest fear was being an easy target... Overall, during my talk with them, they came off as super pushy and most annoyingly, they would often leave us alone for long periods of time to "talk it over among ourselves" when we really just wanted continue negotiations so we can either sign the deal or just walk - I could tell they were really banking on emotional manipulation and hopefully starting a fight among ourselves (I went with my parents). In the end, we ended up walking & signing a deal at another dealership the very next day with lower payments, lower interest rates, higher mileage, & higher residual value. Maybe we didn't convey that we were completely serious about signing a lease? Either way, I highly suggest going somewhere else if you're not confident about striking a good deal - you will definitely find better. More
