Not only is he knowledgeable about the vehicles he sells, but he is so personable and kind. While we waited for finance, he educated me on the Legacy, as well as had a great conversation. In addition to Joe, Tucson Subaru is outstanding from John the general manager, to Traci and Louie in finance, to Brittney in service. I recommend them to everyone. More

I previously had amazing experience here when Jay Rau worked here. Since he left nothing but problems. I have called 4 times in 6-9 months asking for the complete service records for my car(because I’ve worked here. Since he left nothing but problems. I have called 4 times in 6-9 months asking for the complete service records for my car(because I’ve spent 10k or more there in repairs for a car I bought from them and now I have to have work redone that is only 15k miles old). Never received my records or a call back when I asked to speak to a supervisor. Sad because I thought I would buy a new Subaru next year but can’t justify spending that kind of money at a dealership who can’t even bother to call back or e mail records that take 5 minutes. More
