I went in for the first time after my extended warranty was up. My service rep told me what I needed to have done but never said it would be aver $200. Also he stated that it should have been done with my previous oil change when it would have been covered. I feel that I should not have been charged for something that was Honda’s fault. I feel I was taken advantage of. More

Communication was not the best. I had to call to get updates instead of the technician giving me updated. When we talked about the price, I thought we were set. Which had in mind the taxes and all the other charges. I know the final charge was a few hundred above what was quoted, for us even that was a lot to account for in our finances. When you called the last day, you told me about the radiator without previously talking about it, which I don't mind, if we needed it then we needed it but I just wanted to be in the loop. You told me that it wasn't going to affect the amount because you accounted for incidentals. All that just to say that the communication was not the best. Also, coolant level, oil level, power steering fluid and tire pressure were low. Which is something small but I think just as a courtesy check would've left us more satisfied with the entire process. Waited for over 5 hours to get a oil change and transmission fluid change. Arrived 15 to 20 minutes earlier of my appointment, missed 4 hours of work plus had a 1 hour travel to get there. Only to transmission fluid change. Arrived 15 to 20 minutes earlier of my appointment, missed 4 hours of work plus had a 1 hour travel to get there. Only to receive a free oil change from the service and a next service oil change. I know how to do my own oil change so this wasn't pleasant for my lost of work time. This was my second worst experience with Honda of Waldorf but didn't post anything to bash them. More
