Bad customer service. Dropped off van on Sunday, night drop for Monday appointment. No call at all until I called back to him on Tuesday morning. All I've heard the technician is working on it since yesterday. With my understanding, the service rep must call to the customer PRIOR TO fix anything. I don't think Honda technician isn't entry level so to fix a door harness over 24 hours. Because he tried to cover his bad service, he made all Honda systems plus technicians are looking bad. I'm customer with Waldorf Honda since 2016. I know how hard they works. Moreover, this appointment was followed up appointment from initial appointment. After I got the first service in January, they did something wrong for my left door. It stopped working. I do not wish to experience with this service representative. More

I’m rating this Honda a 4 star. I like that you can make an appointment even if it’s just for an oil change. When I called they were very nice, I just wish they had told me what I n I like that you can make an appointment even if it’s just for an oil change. When I called they were very nice, I just wish they had told me what I needed to do once I got there. I had to go inside and ask, which for someone who is a full time student and works full time is a waste of precious time. I’m always busy and on the go. However, John Quillin did make up for that, he was extremely nice when he greeted me in the garage. He’s the one who did my oil change, inspected my car and let me know what my car needed done. He was very fast and I was in and out within an hour. I’d definitely go back again, now that I know what to expect. More
