First BMW John Redden at BMW of Westlake was very helpful and patient throughout the deal. I wasn't sure if I wanted to buy or lease. I didn't have to sit around for hours waiting for paper work to be processed and there was no hard sell on the car. If this car lives up to my expectations, they will have my business again. More

The most non-aggressive dealer I've ever encountered Even though I had been to BMW of Westlake for service, I had never purchased a vehicle from them until April 2nd. I was dreading the process of tradi Even though I had been to BMW of Westlake for service, I had never purchased a vehicle from them until April 2nd. I was dreading the process of trading a vehicle and negotiating a price on the new vehicle but was pleasantly surprised with the experience. John Redden was my salesperson and he could not have been nicer. His colleague, Howard, was also helping out with information he could provide. Neither one were aggressive or pushy and never made me feel rushed to make a decision. From the salespeople all the way up to the manager (Bob Strecker), each was extremely nice and never made me feel like I was being taken advantage of. I can't say enough good things about how warm and pleasant they all were! I highly recommend BMW of Westlake! More
