Left me stranded without a vehicle when I traded one I owned in and they gave me a sportage and took it back cause “ bank didn’t approve” but yet I had the new car for a complete week. They sold my trade owned in and they gave me a sportage and took it back cause “ bank didn’t approve” but yet I had the new car for a complete week. They sold my trade in for 300$ after putting it down as a 1200 trade in and basically left me with nothing but a 300$ check and I have 4 babies . Horrible absolutely wouldn’t with this situation on anyone. Not even an apology was givin to me. Everyone turned a blind eye !!! More

bought a 2019 f150 limited 3 weeks ago and still don't have it. Problem with mileage because truck came from Canada. EMPIRE has had this truck since april per carfax. That should have been verified before that truck was offered for sale. EMPIRE has been in business long enough where this should never have happened. I will buy again only if I have the same sale person {John Silva} very very helpfull and great personality. Enjoyed doing business with him. More

They suffer from the same problem every other dealer has, NO INVENTORY!!!! You can't order a Maverick until late July and there are none on the dealer lots. I don't know how vehicle manufacturers can make it NO INVENTORY!!!! You can't order a Maverick until late July and there are none on the dealer lots. I don't know how vehicle manufacturers can make it with such a low volume of products being produced. This will be a great time for new companies to come in and carve out their share of the market. If I was a stockholder in a major car company I'd demand a management change if they didn't see this coming! More
