Service center is dishonest and change double compared to repairpal.com 'should cost' range. Just had ABS control replaced for $2500 when should cost range was $988-$1022. Shop rate $149/hr More

Hello. As my Service Manager explained to you during your visit, with your approval we had to do several different diagnostics on your 2012 Nissan Quest. It appears that you visit our dealership for service around one time per year, so unfortunately we do not have an extensive service history with this vehicle. We definitely understand the frustration of higher than expected repair costs. My Service Manager thought your visit ended on a good note with explanation and the $100 discount, but unfortunately it looks like that was not the case.
