Very poor customer service. Shady business practices. Salesman told me it was mandatory to purchase a service contract (Approx $1,800) on my 2009 used car. They even worked in a 30 day paint protection Salesman told me it was mandatory to purchase a service contract (Approx $1,800) on my 2009 used car. They even worked in a 30 day paint protection warranty for $200. Originally had a 2.99 interest rate, but a week later when I came in to cancel the service contract, that I never wanted to begin with, I was told that there was a mistake on my loan and I needed to resign for 3.99. I was there from 9am to 4pm and didn't even get offered a water. VERY DISHONEST PEOPLE!!! More

Since relocating here to Cincinnati in 1997 , I have purchased 4 vehicles from Jake Sweeney and always, the staff from sales to service have been the best in the business, #1 in customer care as far as purchased 4 vehicles from Jake Sweeney and always, the staff from sales to service have been the best in the business, #1 in customer care as far as I'm concerned. Always, my needs are met and my concerns addressed. Everyone is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable in all areas of the Dealership. I will not ever consider purchasing a vehicle anywhere else and I make sure I mention the outstanding customer care given at Jake Sweeney in hopes that I can refer business their way. I highly recommend this Dealer. I've purchased a Saturn SL2, Saturn VUE, Chevy Malibu 2010 LT and this December my beautiful Diamond White Chevy Malibu LT 2014. Thank you, Francine Perryman More

Everybody on the staff was helpful and answered every single question i had. Katie, Jay and John did everything within their power to allow me to get a new car and I am so appreciative of their help. Mar single question i had. Katie, Jay and John did everything within their power to allow me to get a new car and I am so appreciative of their help. Mark recommended that I go through Chevrolet, his recommendation allowed me to meet and be assisted by these wonderful people. They acted professionally, were courteous, made me feel welcome and were the nicest people in the world. I will definitely buy from Jake Sweeney in the future and so will my family! More

Came in to possibly buy new or refinance my car I already had!!!!! Excellent customer service!!!!! Defiantly going to come back!!! I refinanced my car and they worked long and hard to find me the best bank w had!!!!! Excellent customer service!!!!! Defiantly going to come back!!! I refinanced my car and they worked long and hard to find me the best bank with the best interest rate they could get me!!!! Very nice and very helpful!!! Gave me best warranties and protection plan. More
