In the past my wife and I hated to purchase cars because it was always an unpleasant experience. In 2019 we wanted a new car. We saw a Coulter Cadillac ad and decided to visit them. We met Jon Bierd and we it was always an unpleasant experience. In 2019 we wanted a new car. We saw a Coulter Cadillac ad and decided to visit them. We met Jon Bierd and we ended up buying a Buick Envision. For the first time we had a very pleasant experience buying a car. Jon was very knowledgeable, professional, and pleasant to work with. This year we wanted a new vehicle so I called to see If jon was still there. He was and we bought another Envision from him. Once again we had a very pleasant experience working with Jon. If we need a car in the future. We will call him again. More

Jon Bierd, Was a Joy to work with, an absolute professional. Greeted us on the lot grabbed keys to the cars we liked and let us test drive them. It’s a tough market right now with rates and prices so high but I never felt pressured or taken advantage of. Jon heard my expectations in a vehicle, my price range and my dealbreakers and made sure I was getting what I was looking for. Sarah took the time to find warranties in my budget and explained coverages, payments and everything I was signing. Took far less time to get everything done and walked out with a new car same day. The entire experience was fabulous and I was definitely recommend this dealership to friends and family.
