Today, I add John Waterhouse, Leslie Sheppard, and Lara Wong to the list. These people are exceptional. John Hartly, who sold us our car, was also helpful, reminding me of our warranty. And Phil, the mechanic who worked on our car. He was very thorough and gave us the confidence to take a 15-hour drive knowing the car was ready. Each of these people is exceptional. I bought my first car in 1969. I've never had such great service and support. I bought my current car from John and will continue to use the Nissan Crown dealership for all my future auto service needs, and certainly plan on buying future cars at this dealership. Whoever hired and trained these people also deserves recognition. That person made good selection choices.

Engine Light and TPMS suddenly came on as we were
crossing the Gandy Bridge into St. Petersburg. Of course, such things happen while we were busily caring for a hospitalized neighbor. So, cautiously

Finally, we took the Maxima to Crown Nissan and told Jon Waterhouse about our dilemma. After much of the day with the service tech, we thought the issue had been resolved. Jon suggested we bring the car back in for further diagnosis and sure enough the tech discovered a crack of <1/3" in a rubber tubing which was due to wear.
Thank you, Jon, for insisting on our returning Monday and keeping our repair ticket open.
