Jon came highly recommended to me by a good friend and I must say, I had a wonderful experience turning in my lease / going into a new lease. My goal was to upgrade from the X3 to an X5 but initially, must say, I had a wonderful experience turning in my lease / going into a new lease. My goal was to upgrade from the X3 to an X5 but initially, there was no inventory left on the 2023 X5’s so I put my search on pause. Luckily for me, a deal fell thru on an X5 (exact color/interior that I wanted) and Jon gave me a call on Sunday to see if I was still interested. We handled all of the negotiations/ purchase process over the phone and by Monday I had the keys in my hand. Jon, thanks for making such a daunting process stress free and pleasant.
