Very friendly and helpful staff…this was my 3rd lease after my wife’s 4th lease earlier in the month. Great dealership!! They were able to answer all my questions and when the Honda Passport that I wan after my wife’s 4th lease earlier in the month. Great dealership!! Had been working with Jonathan for a few weeks on trying to get a new deal. Deal didn't happen but nothing but a positive experience with Jonathan. He was informative, help and welcoming. Zero customer service skills. Rude, disrespectful, unprofessional, greedy. I spent 2,5 hours waiting for a regular oil change in the waiting area. They charged me $90.
