Our experience at McKenney Salinas Honda Mitsubishi was excellent. First and foremost, they delivered on what they promised and this was very refreshing. Secondly, everyone worked together as a team and it was very apparent that the employees respect one another and this makes for a great customer experience. Jasper was very knowledgeable about the Odyssey and spent 45 minutes demonstrating every feature before we even took it out on the road. This was very helpful because now I know how to operate everything. The actual credit application process was easy (although I unsuccessfully tried submitting my application online prior to coming into the dealership but the online application was down - my only feedback is to get that fixed so that it is smoother when customers come in). Jonathan Zirbel worked with us many months prior to coming into the dealership and we appreciated his responsiveness, patience, knowledge and follow-up. Many thanks to Jasper, Roger and Jonathan for making this a painless process. We will never go anywhere else when purchasing these brands and will recommend all of our friends and family - a true testament to our positive experience. More

I had been to another Honda dealership and was not happy with the amount they were giving me for my trade-in so I decided to call McKenney Honda and they said they would beat any price if I would buy a car with the amount they were giving me for my trade-in so I decided to call McKenney Honda and they said they would beat any price if I would buy a car from them. I was not really sure until I went to the dealership and they worked very hard to get me as much money as they could for my trade-in and also gave me an excellent deal on the 2012 Pilot. I was very pleased with my overall experience and I would recommend McKenny Honda to my family and friends. More

My wife wanted a new car and settled on the Honda Fit. We got prices from three Honda dealers in the area from USAA's car buying service. Of the three, McKenney/Salinas was the best by several hundred dollar got prices from three Honda dealers in the area from USAA's car buying service. Of the three, McKenney/Salinas was the best by several hundred dollars and twelve hundred less than one of them. Every other dealer told us it was a Bait & Switch. We got an Out-The-Door price emailed to us, and let two of the dealers look at it. All of the other dealers harped on how this car is number one in small affordable cars and were in such demand that they rarely had any in, or that the earthquake in Japan made them "all but impossible" to get so they didn't discount them much, if at all. Not only would the others not come close, one said he could buy cars at M/S price quote to us because it was cheaper than he bought them. We walked out of McKenney/ Salinas after one hour with a new car and it came in at two dollars less than we were quoted and an interest rate a full point below the one we walked in with. I am a skeptic by nature and I've gotten more so over the years. I was braced for the inevitable stacking of hidden costs, and must haves, but no one in the dealership applied any pressure to add anything to the car to jack up the price. I am sixty-two years old and I have never bought a car with the same ease, or left smiling. We will never buy another new car from any other area dealership. I cannot say enough about these people without it appearing to be paid advertising. More

Just purchased a New Honda Fit Sport! Embarrassed to say it was the first brand new vehicle I've ever owned!! The people at McKenney-Salinas were amazing!! I had so much trouble getting an honest price fr it was the first brand new vehicle I've ever owned!! The people at McKenney-Salinas were amazing!! I had so much trouble getting an honest price from 4 other Honda Dealers and when I presented the price McKenney-Salinas offered on the first contact with them NO ONE would match it. Two dealers said they were lying and I would be back to their lots. I showed up to McKenney-Salinas and drove off in 30 minutes with everything I asked for no pressure sale, no clear coat protection offer, no financing gimmick or dreaded Sales Manager meeting!! They did not make a lot on that car but treated me and my family like we owned the place. Seriously easy and awesome experience! More
