Even though I live in Chamblee, I was so pleased with Shottenkirk when I purchased my CR-V that I decided it was worth the drive up I-75 for servicing at the dealership. I wasn't disappointed. Advisors w Shottenkirk when I purchased my CR-V that I decided it was worth the drive up I-75 for servicing at the dealership. I wasn't disappointed. Advisors were curteous and friendly and the time it took to do the servicing AND alignment were surprisingly short. I've waited HOURS at other dealerships! The pricing was a nice surprise, also. More

I will start by stating how very disappointed I am in the fact that my 2015 Accord had a stretched timing chain at 71k miles. That defeated the entire reason I chose Honda over every other vehicle manufactur fact that my 2015 Accord had a stretched timing chain at 71k miles. That defeated the entire reason I chose Honda over every other vehicle manufacturer. That being said, the service I received from Jordan at the service desk helped relieve some of the sting from my repair bill. Jordan took the time to explain the necessary repairs and made sure I had a loaner vehicle for the duration of the repairs. Bryan was excellent as well. He took the time to make sure I understood the failure as well as other recommendations. I felt I had enough of an understanding to make an informed decision. Bob, is always great. He sold the car to me in 2015 and it’s nice to see a familiar face still there. He’s always a pleasure to speak with. Even though I was there for repair work, he still offered to help in anyway he could. More
