Aside from a poor experience with another sales rep, I would recommend Fair Oaks, specifically Jorge and Ken. More

Great expirience I kept hesitating going to a dealer because I'm a single mom and I was scared that it would be a horrific experience for me. On the contrary it was a Great experience and I was treated very well. As soon as I walked in Jorge Ortiz met me at the door and was very polite and patient with my budget needs. He was very accommodating and explained everything in detail to me. Roger the sales manager gave me a Great deal on my new Ford Edge.
