I spent the better part of a six hour day wiating around for no reason? Finance took me all of 5-10 minutes to complete,Ken you were awesome! I would buy a car from you if that was your thing. the new car walk through was awesome (thanks George) but the wait times inbetween things was brutal. The dealership itself was very dirty and dated, the amount of stock that they hold is pretty good overall but to spend a whole day there is ridiculous. I actually saw a deaal go south becaust the father and daughter were waiting so long, they actually saw their sales guy helping another client. Fair oaks you need to improve or you will lose business to faster, kinder, cleaner businesses. More

Found a great vehicle We were happy with our purchase! We found that there was an issue with the seat panel and they agreed to replace it as part of the purchase agreement.
