Best BMW service department I have visited. The Service Advisor (Jose Garcia) was prompt and clearly explained what to expect. He offered transportation but I elected to wait and was directed t The Service Advisor (Jose Garcia) was prompt and clearly explained what to expect. He offered transportation but I elected to wait and was directed to a quiet space to work while waiting - this exceeds expectations. The diagnostic was completed in reasonable time. Jose explained what was done and next steps clearly. If I lived in Gainesville would be extremely happy with this dealership servicing my X3. More
