Bought a 2011 nissan pathfinder. Sale went fine. Vehicle suposedly went through there $1800 pre delivery inspection. had it checked out after it was bought only to find out the re Sale went fine. Vehicle suposedly went through there $1800 pre delivery inspection. had it checked out after it was bought only to find out the rear shocks were blown, a rear coil spring was broke and front struts were shot. When i went back to dealer to get it filled up with gas(because it was on empty when i received) i was told that there was nothing we could do about it. I played phone tag with john grover the satisfaction specialist…..he is never at his desk always have to leave voicemails. It is what it is just leaving my honest review. More

was very unhappy with my lease. went back 1 year later and Nick Salerno Ask to come back in 6 months. would be able to help better than. went back yesterday. And Nick was able to get me out of lease and into a new leased car . With ease and professionalism. Had a great experience at Honda Universe today.
