Highly recommend Joseph Oise Entered Tuesday evening on my 4th "dealer" round-trip and Joseph approached me when I came in. I concur with all the positive reviews about Joseph, hi Entered Tuesday evening on my 4th "dealer" round-trip and Joseph approached me when I came in. I concur with all the positive reviews about Joseph, his style, knowledge and curtesy. Given that I already knew exactly what I wanted we solely focused on price negotiation. Make no mistake, pretty much every dealership works the same way and the sales manager in the background is a big annoying part of this. However, Joseph made that piece very painless and seamless and therefore the whole negotiation process almost enjoyable. The dealership team impressed by turning the car around within one day, so that I could pick it Wednesday afternoon. Joseph was always communicating clearly and consistently and gave me great confidence in the dealership. This was a straight cash deal with a trade-in for a new Accord and I had all required documents and payment funding available. Big Kudos also to Felipe Garcia, who supported me in my vehicle search for the past three months and without him I would not have considered to approach Kelly Honda as my dealership. More
