Before I settled on a car Mr. Worthington made a point to help me find options within my price range without incessant bombardment that I had experienced at other dealerships. I did not feel pressured or rushed into any purchase. I feel as though my questions or concerns were answered and I was provided with support knowing I could come back if there were any issues. When I found a car I loved Joe was all to happy to help me along. When I was introduced to Dylan who assisted with financing I was pleasantly surprised at how helpful and informative he was. I had previously had negative experiences at other dealerships so I was beyond happy with what I experienced at Toyota. I would absolutely recommend these two men specifically to others. More

For 15 + years I’ve leased all my cars from DCH Toyota. Went in August, 2023 to purchase a used car for my 16 year old. When Dave- sales manger would not lower his price at all. Two weeks later the car Went in August, 2023 to purchase a used car for my 16 year old. When Dave- sales manger would not lower his price at all. Two weeks later the car was still on the lot now $2000 lower than the original price. At the same time I was looking at the purchase the 2024 Grand Highlander. His prices were insane. After all these years of doing business with you you with think you would give me a great deal. Nope you were being greedy. Bc of your greed last you you lost the sale of my daughters car. She went to Newburgh Toyota. Now you lost me as a customer. I have 4 other kids in my family all driving Toyota’s. Thanks to your greed Newburgh Toyota will get all of our business. Thanks for opening our eyes! More

Joe made the process easy. He listened to my needs and patiently helped me try different cars until he pointed out the new Prius. He asked me if I wanted to test drive it and although it was in the showroom I was surprised but excited! I want you to know that if it wasn't for Joe I probably wouldn't have bought the new car. I love the car and am so happy with it. I expressed to Joe that day that I was pressed for time since I was paying cash and wanted to surprise my son at the end of the school day.
