First of all I must say my issue was resolved. But I was bounced around from sales to service to parts for several hours and then had wait an hour for the resolution. The people I dealt with were pleasant and seemed interested in helping me, but it was very inefficient. I spend an afternoon there and it could have taken about an hour. I remember seeing 2 other customers engaged with staff during that time. One seemed to be purchasing and the other waiting in the waiting area. So it was light. The people were cool and I had a unique request. But I don’t think it made sense to bounce me back and forth at that many times for a sales manager to resolve the issue. More

Primarily a bait and switch technique that misinforms customers as to their lease details to trick the customer into unfavorable lease end deals. They bombard you with texts and calls when they want something. And RADIO SILENCE when you have an issue. Honestly, when you hear car dealer horror stories..... This is the dealership they are referring to on every level. I cannot say in stronger terms, choose a different dealership. I have purchased or leased many many cars. And this one is an absolute nightmare. More
