Van Nuys CDJR could not have been more impressive during my recent new vehicle buying experience. I’ve purchased many new vehicles over the years and have even worked for a major OE manufacturer, and I have my recent new vehicle buying experience. I’ve purchased many new vehicles over the years and have even worked for a major OE manufacturer, and I have not seen it done better than what the team at Van Nuys executed. I could go into extreme detail regarding the reliable follow up and delivery of the vehicle to my home 70 miles away from the dealership but to put it simply….. this dealer checked ever box and made what has historically been a clunky experience (void Tesla), an absolute dream. Everything they committed to, even the price, was met with overwhelming integrity. If you need a new vehicle, make sure to give Van Nuys the first opportunity. Exceptional!! More

Very unorganized. Sales people uneducated. They know they’re scamming you. Even when you layout the info infront of them. Went thru 5 hours of xxxxxxxx until manager f Sales people uneducated. Sales person also was talking to us like we were stupid. He started using curse words. No level of respect in this dealership. Not an enjoyable place to get a vehicle. More

It wasn’t an inconvenience, just a simple misunderstanding, but end of day they went out of their way and took care of me!!! Like they always have!
