Scheduled my lease for a service appointment and everything went smoothly. I was able to call in to book an appointment the day before. I dropped the car off and waited in the customer area which wa everything went smoothly. I was able to call in to book an appointment the day before. I dropped the car off and waited in the customer area which was comfortable and had beverage/snacks available. The oil change/fluid top offs/tire rotations were done within an hour. My 3 year old car died on 11/10/ 2023. The engine was blown. I had it towed to the dealership. The problem was a very common defect which I was never notified of. I own a 2016 Hyundai Tucson and was having problems that started awhile ago when I called Hyundai in Auburn and spoke with Joshua about what was happening I was told to bring the car in to be checked after started awhile ago when I called Hyundai in Auburn and spoke with Joshua about what was happening I was told to bring the car in to be checked after many diagnostic checking the cars engine had to be replaced and still wasn’t complete also showed catalytic converter with the Help of Josh submitting all the paperwork the car is all fixed and 🤞running beautiful . Thank you Joshua and Hyundai I’m very satisfied. My only disappointment was they did not have a loner car for me so I had to rent a vehicle which I am submitting a claim for reimbursement . More
