I have a 2019 Subaru Accent, today went in for a simple oil change and Emissions done because their computer couldn't read the OBD they Blamed the after-market remote start that I had put in about 3 years oil change and Emissions done because their computer couldn't read the OBD they Blamed the after-market remote start that I had put in about 3 years ago that was working flawlessly, they have me remove the Remote Start including all wiring went back again the same problem OBD not working. At this point, they told me that the aftermarket remote start fried the computer. They think that I am stupid, have No Check engine, and run well for bad or fried computers. More

What's not to love about free service? I am just sad you can't fix my Buick Park Avenue anymore. Great people though as you're always pleasant to work with. Overall superior experience Have been working with " MM " and their excellent team for 5 years , since relocating. The sales team of Victor & Mark were very easy to work with o Have been working with " MM " and their excellent team for 5 years , since relocating. The sales team of Victor & Mark were very easy to work with on our 3 new cars , 1 pre-owned. The service team , Josh G. is attentive to my needs when requested. Also appreciate the valet service on my last service. The service was completed without any hangups. Excellent dealership for all of your needs. Will continue to recommend this Subaru dealership to all !!! More

First Visit First visit to the shop (and first purchase from Mark Miller). Before I give my review, I do like the customer focus attitude of the staff. I'll giv First visit to the shop (and first purchase from Mark Miller). Before I give my review, I do like the customer focus attitude of the staff. I'll give you a review of the service and a couple of nits on the Forester itself. Booked online for the 12K work ... when we got there the price was higher than quoted ($107 vs $78).. Service matched the price, but I had to ask.. Did have a warranty issue with the sunroof that will intermittently not open or close. Happened 3 times to my wife and once for me. Not great when weather turns bad and you can't close it. (so far turning the car off/on will get it to work -- but, if it starts raining/snowing that mean pulling over to do that.) Shop was unable to figure out why it is happening. Annoyances with on the car -- maybe you can give feedback to Subaru: - After turning the car off, the steering wheel can lockup if the wheel is turned. Have to turn the wheel to be able to turn the key. My wife is not strong enough to get the wheel turned and I've had to do it for her. This included driving from Park City down to Salt Lake because she was stuck. Service tech said there is nothing you can do about it because it's a 'safety issue'. - If the radio is turned off, it still comes on when the car is started. Understand that Subaru is looking at a fix for this. - Have the key open all the car doors with a single click of the button. Wife is annoyed enough, especially with the sunroof and steering wheel issues, that she's ready to trade it for a different brand. I'm not there yet. More

Always awesome! The service department exceeds my expectations again and again. The only thing I don’t like is having to call a call center for appointments. That person doesn’t have my car history and want I need. More

I bought my first new car from mark miller Toyota more than 15 years ago. We have purchased 2 other vehicles from other dealers, both didn’t go well. So when we decided to get a new to us Subaru we knew w than 15 years ago. We have purchased 2 other vehicles from other dealers, both didn’t go well. So when we decided to get a new to us Subaru we knew we should only go to mark miller. Thanks for all the help with the new car and the more than 15 years keeping my scion still running great. I’m sure I’ll get at least another 5 out of it. More

Car pickup was critical for me I only needed an oil change and new wiper blades but they were willing to pick up my car, service it and return it to my home. I was impressed by the I only needed an oil change and new wiper blades but they were willing to pick up my car, service it and return it to my home. I was impressed by the young men who did the pickup and delivery. They were clean-cut and polite. As an 84 year-old widow, this was a great service for me. Thank you. More
