Bob in sales was very patient with all our questions. Jerry in finance did a fast job of the paperwork so I could catch my flight. Josh in accesories arranged to take care of my wife personally to install a purchased accessory to get her in and out the door quickly with her busy schedule. Great job and GREAT car. Love it. More

Lance, Carlose and the boyz are friendly enough. Lance got us a great price for our new car. However the value of our trade in was off by 1200$! I hit a deer on the way to work with my old 2002 Camry, an incident that expedited my need for a new car. I went through TrueCar to look for a new 2012 Subaru Outback, selected my options and sent in my r an incident that expedited my need for a new car. I went through TrueCar to look for a new 2012 Subaru Outback, selected my options and sent in my request. Within minutes, Kurt Moyer responded with the vehicle that met my specifications. Other dealers in the area responded in a much more generic fashion. Kurt sent a very thorough out-the-door breakdown on the price, processed my financing, and ordered additional options that I requested. In a couple of days, I took the 300 mile trip to pick up my car from Mark Miller Mid-town. Josh Gathercole showed me my new Suby, impeccably prepared, my additional requested options professionally installed. I have purchased a few new cars in my lifetime, and one request I usually get from the salesman is to give them outstanding reviews across the board to improve the dealership’s standing. Josh told me just to be honest and note any problems that occurred because they would like to know what they can improve upon. I have been a lifelong Toyota customer, but after my purchasing experience with my daughter’s Legacy and my new Outback, Subaru and Mark Miller Mid-town have made the conversion to Subaru complete, and I now know where to buy one. What a wonderful buying experience I have just had! After my local Subaru dealer said they would have to order the car I wanted and it would take 6 to 8 weeks to come in, I began looking on the interne After my local Subaru dealer said they would have to order the car I wanted and it would take 6 to 8 weeks to come in, I began looking on the internet at Subaru dealers and stumbled upon Mark Miller in Salt Lake City. They had the very car I wanted coming in so I connected with their internet sales people. I have to admit, I was a little hesitant to buy a car online but I thought I would give it a try. Josh Gathercole was my contact. He emailed me back immediately with all the details I needed and without any hassle I bought a car-just like that! Josh has been wonderful at keeping me informed of everything I needed to know about the car. He responds quickly and thoroughly with answers. By the end of the transaction I wanted to adopt him as the son I never had ---that is how honest and sincere I believe he is. I now have my new car and it is everything I wanted. I highly recommend this dealership and its internet sales staff! Josh, thank you for making this a hassle free, fair transaction. I started the car buying process online, requesting quotes from several different dealerships. I got emails back from all of them, and ended up communicating mostly with Josh and Kurt from Internet Sa quotes from several different dealerships. I got emails back from all of them, and ended up communicating mostly with Josh and Kurt from Internet Sales at Mark Miller Subaru. They were really prompt in responding to my emails, and offered great information. Ultimately, the ease of talking to someone at the dealership and having information readily available was what made me buy from them. The actual buying experience was awesome. I had to preorder my car, but when it arrived the purchasing process was simple and very personable. Overall, I'm thrilled with the vehicle and dealership as a whole. More

I just bought a used 2008 Subaru Impreza from Mark Miller Midtown and was very pleased. I started the process online and got quick responses from Josh Gathercole. I had to return a couple of times because I had to pick up some things and I was greeted by either Josh or Kurt Moyer immediately which felt great. I love my new car and feel great knowing I can have all my questions answered with a quick email. Also as a single mom it was hard for me to find time to go to the new owners night and I got the ok to bring my teenagers along which was huge. Thanks so much guys I will definitely recommend y'all:-) More

This is the third Subaru that I have bought from Mark Miller Subaru (midtown). To say that I have been happy with the dealership is obvious. I didn't just automatically return to Mark Miller to buy. Th Miller Subaru (midtown). To say that I have been happy with the dealership is obvious. I didn't just automatically return to Mark Miller to buy. They had to earn it all over again. This time, I was able to hook up with what is possibly the best salesman I have ever dealt with. I do a lot of research on my vehicles and know more than 99% of all the salesmen I meet. Josh is in the 1%, exceeding all the others. I figured that I would have to buy a car off the showroom floor and put up some options that I didn't want. Josh offered to special order exactly the car i wanted and then went ahead and ordered it without asking me to put anything down. The car came in from the factory in less than a month. Price was perfect. I think that Josh and I discussed price for all of about 3 seconds. In other words, his first offer was perfect with no haggling. I am extremely hard on salesmen and Josh's low key, no pressure approach was just what I needed. The combination of a great car, a great dealership, and the best salesman I have ever dealt with, made this a '10' on the rating system. Phil Eslinger More

There are two big Subaru dealers in Salt Lake, Mark Miller and Nate Wade. I went to Nate Wade first and received a terrible trade-in offer for my used Audi, was turned down for a loan due to my lack of Miller and Nate Wade. I went to Nate Wade first and received a terrible trade-in offer for my used Audi, was turned down for a loan due to my lack of credit history, and was generally treated like a nuisance the entire time I was at their dealership. I went to Mark Miller and had an extremely friendly customer service rep, Josh Gathercole, help me understand pricing, internet savings, and let me test drive the car I wanted whenever I was in the area. He got me an insanely good deal on my trade-in ($2000 more than Nate Wade had offered) as well. Their loan department worked with me and was able to get me a loan due to my high trade-in. Overall the experience was quick, efficient with e-mail, and stress free. I'll recommend Mark Miller every time. More
