Baton Rouge Location I’ve recently purchased a Mercedes Benz Cla250 from Texas. I brought the vehicle to the Baton Rouge location which is closer to where I live. I got a I’ve recently purchased a Mercedes Benz Cla250 from Texas. I brought the vehicle to the Baton Rouge location which is closer to where I live. I got a recall and a full checkup done on the car. The customer service was really nice, polite. My service guy named was Josh Marchan who was very professional, quick & answered all my questions and concerns with compassion and knowledge (being that this is my first time owning a Mercedes). The facility is well polished, fresh snacks, coffee , & beverges was provided for all costumers while we wait. A male service receptionist also, made some copies for me that I needed for class PLUS a free car wash :) . Great dealship More

Awesome Customer Experience I received great customer service from the time I stopped to have my issue looked at, to the call back that my part was in along with the scheduling t I received great customer service from the time I stopped to have my issue looked at, to the call back that my part was in along with the scheduling to bring my car in and requesting a loaner. Awesome Service I would like to state that having my vehicle serviced for any reason is something that I am usually not too happy with because I know that I will usua I would like to state that having my vehicle serviced for any reason is something that I am usually not too happy with because I know that I will usually have to spend some money.(of course no one likes to do that-smile).But I must say that my experience today (Tuesday, February 13,2018) was excellent from the moment I walked in until the moment I left. The Quality Of The Customer Service at Mercedes-Benz of Baton Rouge Was unbelievably satisfying. I felt like part of a family. Mr. Josh Marchan, My Service Advisor was knowledgeable concerning any and all questions and concerns that I had. I can not thank him enough. He relieved the worries that I had concerning my vehicle. Thank you Mr. Josh Marchan. Another wonderful encounter that I had was with Mr.Larry Mitchell. He was extremely pleasant and again he made me feel like family. I do not know what to say other than Mercedes-Benz of Baton Rouge your employees are Professional and they allow me as a female to have a wonderful experience. Great Customer Sevices from admin. Personal but that’s it. As I said the service from the admin staff was out of this world. But a little concerned about the guys that actually do the work or drive the cars at As I said the service from the admin staff was out of this world. I explained to our service coordinator that the last time our previous MB was in the shop I received a camera ticket in the mail for failing to stop at a red light on Coursey Blvd. dated for a day our suv was at the dealership. He asked me if I wanted to bring a copy of my receipt in, and he would try to get us reimbursed. That is when I explained I had payed it already and we did not even have that suv anymore (long story short I didn’t know where the recipe was). All I asked was for it not to happen again. And it didn’t but after some inspection it appears to have some minor scratches on the front passenger fender of our new car after this visit. So that is the reason for my low rating. But I will say once more the service managers and/or coordinators were outstanding from appointments, loaner car, updates and accurate completion estimates that part was first class. More
