Josh Patel at Park Place Lexus Grapevine

Just bought our 5th car at Park Place Lexus with the help of Josh Patel, our sales consultant for all 5 of our cars! We even referred our extended family and Josh had helped them as well. We will continue our car purchases with Josh and Park Place Lexus! I would highly reccomend them!

My experience in purchasing a 2013 ES350 was made more positive by the fact that I had shopped several other dealers before coming to Park Place in Grapevine. The comparison was dramatic! Josh Patel was knowledgeable and thorough but was patient with my many questions. From start to finish every person with whom I had contact at the dealership was professional, courteous and helpful. I should also add that I had reason to use the Service Department on two occasions and have been equally impressed with the professionalism shown there. The Service Mangager I have worked with is Travis Tittle and he has been responsive and helpful in every way. My overall impression of Park Place and the people there with whom I have worked is very high. We feel that our decision to purchase the ES350 from Park Place in Grapevine was a good one and we are loving the car as well!

Josh Patel is an excellent representative. He continues to strive to provide great customer service to all his clients. He is very informational and detail oriented. He is also very knowledgeable the different models and the features. I really enjoyed that he spent 1 hour with my husband and I when we picked up the car to go through the different features that are available to me. He even introduced me to a service advisor. He really goes above and beyond when helping out his clients. He also follows up with me to ensure that I am happy with my new car purchase. I would definitely recommend him to future Lexus buyers. This was the second car we purchased from Josh at Park Place. Once again, he was highly professional and dealt with us on a fair and respectful basis. He did not waste our time, and was extremely knowledgeable of the Lexus product line as well as the overall market. We will definitely recommend Josh and the Park Plaxe dealership to our friends.

This was our third buying experience at Park Place Lexus in Grapevine and each time it has been a pleasure doing business with them. Our sales representative was Josh Patel and we have worked with him each time. I think that says a lot about him and how helpful and attentive to detail he is. If that was not the case we would obviously not repeat the relationship. Josh and all the people at Park Place Lexus in Grapevine have always been helpful, attentive and unfailingly polite when we have interacted. They truly want each experience with them to be world class and in the experience of both my wife and myself they achieve this goal. We do not feel that we must be on guard or combative in this relationship and that has never been our experience in general when dealing with a car dealership. We simply tell them what we need and they try to help us achieve our goals. What could be better than that? I have referred friends to them in the past and will continue to do so in the future. I would like to give special thanks to Josh Patel and Raymond Resch for our recent buying experience. Thanks guys for helping us buy our new Lexus.

The dealership was very nice and inviting, from the front desk to the finance department. The salesmen kept our budget in mind and were able to put us in a car that fit our needs and budget. Charles is a long time friend and Josh was very pleasant to work with. I will definately be coming back to purchase anohter Lexus from Charles and / or Josh. I have already recommended Charles and Park Place to several people.

The staff at park placer Lexus is very helpful. Josh has gone out of his way to make sure I got the car I wanted and the price was very fair. I look toward to purchasing another vehicle from park place.

Bought my first Lexus from Josh Patel 3 1/2 years ago and bought my second one last month. The service department does an excellent job of doing the work right the first time and then following up to make sure everything went as expected. Josh went out of his way to take care of my first purchase so I did not hesitate to come back a second time. His service, communication and follow up were even better the second time. And while I considered other makes and models before purchasing my LS460, the quality of the team at Park Place Lexus in Grapevine made me return to them for my new vehicle.

This is about the seventh car I have purchased from Park Place Lexus in Grapevine and have never had any problems with either service or sales. The people are friendly and help you any way they can.
