Julie was very pleasant to work with and very knowledgeable explaining my options. There was no pressure at all, as she kindly explained my options. She answered any question I asked concerning the process and did not rush me with my thoughts. I decided to enter a new Pilot Lease and Julie was very helpful. I felt the dealership gave me some great numbers to move forward with the new Lease. This is my family's fifth vehicle with Kelly and every time my experience was very accommodating. We decided to lease a Honda Accord and we were extremely pleased with the entir son-in-law who have done business with Julie for several years now. We decided to lease a Honda Accord and we were extremely pleased with the entire process. Julie was friendly and very personable. My husband and I were very satisfied with the lease agreement. We wanted a white Accord and Julie handled everything for us and the car was delivered within the time frame she said it would be. When my husband went to pick up the car, Julie went over the whole car with him and if we had any more questions we could call her. Julie was exceptional and hopefully she will be there to help us in three years when our lease is up. I would highly recommend Kelly Honda to others and ask for Julie. . More

Although the dealership was quite busy the Sunday afternoon we stopped in, Joe came over to help us while the sales people were busy. After speaking to him the next day and agreeing to terms he put us in touch with Julie who was very helpful and easy to get in touch with. We worked with her thereafter, and she always returned our calls and answered all our questions timely. We worked with Fred on the financial side and he was quick and informative. In all, a very good experience. More

We were given a voucher for the sticker and it didn't take long but it was one hassle we thought was going to be taken care of for us. More
