My husband bought a Honda from Julie earlier in the year and urged me to meet with her when I was considering a Honda Fit in the fall. At the time they didn't have any 2008 models that met my needs and Juli and urged me to meet with her when I was considering a Honda Fit in the fall. At the time they didn't have any 2008 models that met my needs and Julie suggested I stay in touch for the new 2009 models. We met in November, talked & finally agreed on a sale. I am impressed with Julie's professionalism, knowledge of the vehicle, & follow-through. Upon delivery she took time to sit in the car with me and make sure I understood how everything worked before allowing me to leave the premises. I left the dealership with the car I wanted at a reasonable price and felt I was treated fairly. My only negative comment is that Kelly doesn't offer the inspection service-however, they do give you a voucher for the muffler place across the street & the inspection was processed promptly. Overall, it was a good experience and I would recommend Julie and Kelly Honda. More

If only Julie could be my "go-to-gal" in everything I buy in life. I have always said "what makes a good sales experience is not having a sales experience". My daughter purchased her third Honda Civic back in September but her first at Kelly Honda. I had gone to previous dealers and told them exactly what I was looking for and never got calls back. I went to Kelly and Julie found exactly what I wanted without giving me the typical car salesman run arou I was looking for and never got calls back.
