First experience with this service department. My truck has been in for three full days. I've left 4 messages and I can't get a returned call or text on status. I've never had service this poor. I bought a Ford Edge from Ford of Franklin. Stephen Farrar has followed up with me numerous times and helped answer any questions I had about my vehicle. I have returned twice for service, a Stephen Farrar has followed up with me numerous times and helped answer any questions I had about my vehicle. I have returned twice for service, and both times, servicing has gone well. This last time, I was very pleased with how quickly the Service Dept. took care of my vehicle and had me out of there. More

My sales person Alex made buying a truck simple and straight forward. I think I test drove 4 trucks at least. Alex didn't mind at all.
