Second Chances I had not been to this dealership for almost 2 years due to a bad experience...Justin my service advisor was outstanding and handled a recall serv I had not been to this dealership for almost 2 years due to a bad experience...Justin my service advisor was outstanding and handled a recall service to perfection. He was professional, courteous and knowledgeable...he also took time to LISTEN. Thanks Justin because of you wwe will now give Ford and this dealership another chance in the future.
