I had a great experience while my car was being serviced at Duval Acura. Mr. Mercado was very polite and courteous. He made recommendations for future services needed with my vehicle. The lobby area was cle at Duval Acura. Mr. Mercado was very polite and courteous. He made recommendations for future services needed with my vehicle. The lobby area was clean, neat, and equipped for me to get work done while my car was being serviced. I enjoyed the coffee and snacks available. More

Brought my 2011 MDX in to check on a service light for trailer swerving. Did not have an appointment but was greater promptly and assisted soon there after. Not having an appointment, I left it there fo trailer swerving. Did not have an appointment but was greater promptly and assisted soon there after. Not having an appointment, I left it there for service. Was later called with the problem and estimate given for repair. Repairs were made and picked car up later that day. All were very friendly and professional. More

Duval Acura does it right. Time after time over the last 12 years they continue to deceivers quality service. Some of the faces in the service department I’ve seen over the entire 12 years. I used to own another brand car. Whenever I brought that car in for an oil change, it was always a 2-3 hour wait for a basic service. With Duval Acura, it’s a completely different experience. I was in and car in for an oil change, it was always a 2-3 hour wait for a basic service. With Duval Acura, it’s a completely different experience.
