I didn’t buy my Acura at this dealership however, this in no way affect in my service. I was a walk-in appointment for low tire pressure and ultimately had to have it replaced but they got me in and out in n no way affect in my service. The lady that checked me in at the driveway was exceptionally friendly and attentive. I’m sorry I don’t remember the staff names. More

Excellent customer service I took my car for a problem with the A/C, it needed a new compressor. Khalil Mercado was excellent, he kept me posted on the progress until the servi I took my car for a problem with the A/C, it needed a new compressor. I have also worked with the Finance Dept. when I purchased my car in February and R. Binrashed was outstanding in finding me the best possible finance. He worked constantly on it until it was done.
