Initial contact through autotrader. Kasey responded with options. We corresponded for a couple weeks with a weekend follow up by Julia. We set up a time to meet. Soon he offered a vehicle that nailed our needs. After a test drive and car review, I asked for tire replacement, Dave checked it out, yes! Reasonable offer on our trade in.
