Other than having to play the usual game to get the deal I wanted, everything else was really top notch. Kayla was wonderful to work with in the sales department. She was very kind, patient and responsive. Nic was also very generous and kind as the manager on when my husband and I were first visiting to see a c She was very kind, patient and responsive. Nic was also very generous and kind as the manager on when my husband and I were first visiting to see a car. The problem is in the finance department. Over the phone, Diane was not personable, was rude and dismissive. In person, Frankie was extremely rude and unprofessional, telling us he didn't like the car we were buying. He was cursing while speaking to my husband due to a mistake his team made and continued to repeat that the manager would be paying for the mistake. He made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I would not recommend this dealership if you were going to have to deal with Frankie in finance. More
