Brought my car in for routine maintenance, and as usual staff was friendly and courteous . I'd like single out Keeyoung Moon, he cared about my time and needs. I had leased my 2012 Acura TL from Jeri Billman this past March. She was wonderful to deal with and presented a clear, concise, and enticing offer. Although I wasn't really ready to get a new car, she did March. She was wonderful to deal with and presented a clear, concise, and enticing offer. Although I wasn't really ready to get a new car, she did a great job convincing me that I should trade in my 2009 for the new 2012 TL. I have not regretted that decision at all and I am very pleased with my new car and the tech package that I really wanted. Jeri made leasing a new car very easy for me and for that I truly appreciate her sales expertise and support. I brought my TL in for service on Sept. 27th, and was treated very courteously by Keeyoung Moon, the service advisor. As I was in a hurry to get to work, he did his best to rush the process for me and I was in and out of the service department in 45 minutes. The car wash was also a great bonus. All in all, my experience with Rallye Acura has been excellent. More

I came in for a lot of work on my 2010 TSX and I was told that it would be done by 9:00am. I got out at 8:30am the service was outstanding from start to finish. You team is the best in class.. I have always had very favorable experiences servicing both my TL and MDX at this dealership over the past seven years. The staff is courteous, knowledgeable, and forthright. Wait times are generally brief and comfortable in the showroom, which has amenities such as wireless internet access and coffee and snacks. For longer services, excellent loaner cars are available. I would say that this dealer's outstanding service is one reason that I would highly recommend an Acura to any new car buyer. It is certainly one factor in my decision-making regarding my own new car purchases. More
