My Review of Metro Toyota:
We've purchased/leased a number of Toyotas from Metro. All of the people named above plus Toyota's continuing quality, are the reason we keep coming back. To us Mary, Jordan, Keith and Jon represent all of the best that Metro has to offer. Their honesty, integrity and committment to customer service are the best we've seen anywhere. Prior to retirement I spent 35 years in auto claims for a major insurance company and have dealt with a large number of dealerships. Metro Toyota is what I've always thought a dealer could and should be. Believe me, there's a number of American make dealerships that should be taking notes. From sales, finance, and service the experience is always excellent.

My Review of Metro Toyota:
Friendly and knowledgable staff to work with. I didn't expect to be able to afford the Camry, I was there more to rule it out before making my choice on a rival vehicle. But with the help of Keith he was able to get the price into the range I was looking for. Found a minor scratch at delivery, but the issue was resolved quickly and to my complete satifaction. I have been fully satisfied with the experience.

A very positive car shopping experience. I had not purchased a new car in over 10 years and was a little concerned about getting a good deal while avoiding the "hard sell." To my pleasant surprise, Metro Toyota exceeded my expectations in terms of professionalism, value and care for the customer. The entire staff, especially Steve, Keith and "Ski," worked with me to get the car I wanted at a fair price. It's a great team at Metro and I look forward to continuing my business with them.

This place is a vision of Great Service!!

Will Kreeger was our sale person, and he's amazing! We live in NE Illinois, so we are about a 3 hour drive from Metro Toyota.

Needless to say, we did not want to waste our time driving all the way there just to look. Will understood this, and instead of simply brushing us of like any other dealership, he shot 5 videos of this vehicle for us and posted them online. He showed us every feature of the Sequoia, explaining what it was and showing that it worked.

We were able to work the deal out over the phone, getting the price we wanted (Keith the sales manager was great in this process as well!!), so we made the drive.

The paperwork was ready when we got there, and Keith walked us through everything since the finance guys were busy. We were gone within about an hour or so.

Overall, this was the best car buying experience my wife and I have ever had!! We would gladly make the drive back to buy another car!!

My Review of Metro Toyota:
Once again the whole team at Metro Toyota helped put us into a new car. Don, our sales guy, and the rest of the staff are always very helpful and answer our questions without hassle. This time we bought a new Highlander for my wife. We also have bought a new Truck and 2 cars from them over the past several years. I will always go to them for our cars and I highly recommend you to do the same.
