Keith was also very helpful in the few discussions we had. On the day I went in, Randy met us and gave us a comprehensive tour of our new car. He went the extra step in helping us acclimate to the new car and ensuring that our current car was ready for trade-in. We signed all of the paperwork in a safe conference room, and had a pleasant experience there with Alex. Finally, Glanzmann has adapted to the pandemic and created a very safe environment for customers. No issues at all there. Highly recommended! More

Great, patient folk! I came into Glanzmann Subaru a bit before Thanksgiving to get my (old) car appraised and see where my figures were at, financially speaking ... I worked with Phil Han, and his managers Keith and Rob. Everyone was so welcoming, and I am a slow mover with big decisions and let them know that ahead of time, and not once did anyone at Glanzmann make me feel pressured to get a car right away or make a decision right at the moment. I didn't feel like I was at your typical car dealership. Very relaxed, conversational ... just good people all around. They worked with my trade-in, we got the numbers perfect, and I ended up getting my first (but not last!) Subaru Crosstrek. I really felt comfortable with Glanzmann, even in the financial aspect ... I worked with Becky and she was so friendly and informative about everything having to with the financial aspects, and warranties. I am extraordinarily grateful to them for that! Everything was smooth, friendly and very professional. Thanks, everyone!! More

Easy decision We were invited to take a test drive in an Outback. We met with Reese and he took us on test drive. I exited the car and told Reese "I'll take it". Reese took a step back and I told him I was only kidding. My husband however, was really interested, especially when he was offered a great trade in price. One thing led to another and today we drove away in that beautiful Outback that I so desired. More
