They tracked the order as it was scheduled to arrive from Japan to the dealer, notified me the moment it arrived and made the entire buying process easy and trouble free. Nice painless experience Initially had no intention of buying here. Had previous good communication w/ another Subaru dealership in philly suburbs. Went to glanzmann primarily Initially had no intention of buying here. Had previous good communication w/ another Subaru dealership in philly suburbs. Went to glanzmann primarily to get a lease cost. They were so accommodating, willing to negotiate (no game playing) and had a car with exact options I wanted. Some other dealerships did not know when they could get me a car w/ what I wanted. Very professional and nice team of people. Only negative - gentleman who we HAD to meet w/ regarding extra options/warranties kept us in his office for a very long time even after we made it clear that we did not want to buy any of the extras (either because we felt we did not need) or the 1 -2 we thought about did not seem worth it. It was not a great way to the leasing process but we know he was doing his job. Very nice dealership. Very busy; try to make an appointment or you may have to wait a very long time. Keith, Andrew, and Erick , thank you. I love my new forester. More

Every time I go to Glanzmann everything is organized, everyone is very professional and it is a pleasant experience. No stress ! First of all - I want to thank Eric Wilson for squeezing me in for an appointment as they are extremely busy. Eric goes above and beyond with customer service to keep you informed with updates of your vehicle's service visit and even organizes transportation to/from the train station. I have dealt with him in the past and will continue in the future. Glanzmann's new service center is fantastic! Waiting area is spacious and a great variety of snacks are available. Upon my visit to the show room, John Stiles was very knowledgeable, even to the extreme he had extensive information to convey to us, as he actually attended the NY car show - talking about going the extra mile. He did that on his time to be able to provide the necessary information to potential buyers on what to expect wit the new models and was able to explain in detail the many changes and upgrades in the entire Subaru line. With Keith Onorata being the new sales manager, so I know I will get a fair deal with a smooth transaction. I highly recommend Glanzmann - More
