Excellent experience from start to finish Buying a car to me is worse than going to the dentist (I actually love my dentist). I usually find the process to be long and annoying. We had been car shopping all day and arrived at the dealer around 3:30 on a Saturday. It was hot out and I was exhausted. We took a test drive with Jake and then thought we would go home and think about it. The process of getting a price for the car was easy. Jake and Keith made the deal extremely easy and painless. We left the dealer that afternoon and made a deal. Jake and Keith have been on top of every detail and I cannot say enough wonderful things about both of them. I would absolutely recommend Glanzmann. More

This is my fourth Subaru, my third through Glanzmann, s Just took delivery of a new 2018 Impreza Hatchback (42 mos., $0 down lease offered by Subaru). This is my fourth Subaru, my third through Glanzmann, so I know this process quite well and usually know exactly what I want. Once again, it was a terrific experience every step of the way, starting with my sales consultant, Vince Hendri. Polite, low key, attentive, zero pressure, exceptionally thorough - very professional in every way. He worked with me to help me meet my needs with regards to lease terms and monthly payment, explained every aspect of my deal and every cost involved, negotiated fairly and honestly. Like my past two purchases, it was pleasant and uneventful - no drama or tension or stress. I've had nothing but positive experiences at Glanzmann which is why I always take my cars there for service, even for inspections. You can tell this is a well run company - friendly, helpful employees in every department and concerned, smart owners. I expect there will be a fifth Subaru in my future. More

Superior Transaction Purchasing My First Subaru This was my first time buying a car on my own and I was really apprehensive after hearing many horror stories from my parents and a few friends about This was my first time buying a car on my own and I was really apprehensive after hearing many horror stories from my parents and a few friends about their experiences with car dealerships. However, my interactions with the Glanzmann staff were overwhelmingly positive as soon as I stepped onto the lot. Nina was so patient and it was so clear that she was well versed in the Subaru brand because she herself loves the company and product! She was ready to answer all the questions my husband and I had (unsure at the time if we would be purchasing new or used, Forester or Outback) and her answers never seemed to have an ulterior motive. She listened to our feedback and helped us make the decision that was best for our needs, not hers as a sales associate or to the strict benefit of the dealer. There was never any sort of pressure applied or tactics used to get me to excessively upgrade. She was fantastic during the test drive phase as well, and guided both my husband and I in shifts to demonstrate all the capabilities of the newest Forester. When I was ready to buy she worked with another dealer to get me the exact make, model, trim, and color I wanted (2017 Forester in pearl green!) extremely quickly and then reached out two weeks after purchase to see if I wanted to an encore delivery with her to go over the car again to see if I had any further questions about the vehicle. I look forward to doing business with her and Glanzmann for many years to come, and will sing their praises to anyone who is willing to listen! More
