Last service was Dissapointing, after 16 years of
service. Took GLK350 in to for service and to fix rear passenger light issue in February. Replaced motherboard, after which lights kept flashing when

Battery died twice, had to get it towed to replace battery twice. Took vehicle back end of May, explained the issue in detail. Kept vehicle for several days, said it was corrected. While at dealer lights did not blink. Upon return home, same thing occurred, vehicles died again. Tried contacting service department and representative, left message no response. Original fix caused problem, paid second time to corrrect, and diagnose situation caused by their repair and still in the same situation.
Very Dissapointing and unfair.

Beautiful facility.
