This is my second Rallye MB car. I have been using your service dept for years. I have always been more than pleased with the service,quality of work and overall experience at Rallye. I have always had exc service dept for years. I have always been more than pleased with the service,quality of work and overall experience at Rallye. I have always had excellent professional service with Ken Vachris throughout these years. However, I was outraged to learn that a tear in the upholstery of my driver seat is NOT covered by my warranty. A MB product should not be tearing apart in the first place and if/when such a thing should happen I would expect it to be part of what is supposed to be a "premier" MB warranty. For that reason, I was generous in giving both "quality of work" and "overall experience" an OK....Truly "great" in every other aspect, but "very bad" in regard to this issue. Service was good overall. New rear brake pads installed as needed. Ken was very nice in trying to expedite my car wash, but the reason I gave a "good" instead of "great" rating is that after paying for my as needed. Ken was very nice in trying to expedite my car wash, but the reason I gave a "good" instead of "great" rating is that after paying for my service, I had to wait a good fifteen or more minutes for the car to arrive. Other than that, the only thing I would like to see is some discounts for service. I am constantly getting $1,000 service cards or $50.00 credits from both Smithtown and Helms Brothers, but never from Rallye. That is my only disappointment. Sincerely, Cecilia Mone More

Kenny V. has ALWAYS been a great representative of your dealership! He's friendly, courteous, and his expertise of Mercedes is unprescedented! I also love your new system of having an appointed time to drop off the car, speaking to Kenny, having a "loaner" waiting for me and not being rushed. I'd like to say also I enjoy the friendly atmosphere of the service department now...from the men who first greet you and appoint a parking spot, to the young men who open the door, take the keys, to Doreen, (I believe I have her name correctly), at the reception desk, to meeting up w/Kenny....ALL have a smile and a friendly greeting....(I did think it strange, however, all of these folks on the "lower level" of photos on the wall, or not even up there at all were in the above category....however, one man walked by looking like he was angry w/the world and didn't utter a word, and yet he was one of the four gentlemen in the "top level" of photos!!!! As I explained to one of your mechanics while waiting for Kenny....I taught school for 28 yrs., and was always friendly w/the person I thought REALLY ran the operation...no, not the principal, but the Custodian! It's usually the people on the lower end of the ladder who realize the importance of the client!!! However, this one person's attitude did NOT deter me, nor has he, from the excellent grades and kudos I'm extending to your Service Department. Keep up the good work! Mary A. Ruschin :) More

The staff is friendly, the work on the car is completed and the car always service and treatment I have received over the years at Rallye Dealership.
